Mammoth Hot Springs 4

I don't usually submit multiple photos of more or less the same thing, but I'm making an exception for the trip to Yellowstone. I really enjoy this set. Check out the rest of my gallery for more detailed explanation of the springs. Basically, the springs come out of the ground super hot (thus the steam), bacteria live in the water and turn it pretty colors (the brown in the center), and minerals get deposited when the water flows across the ground (the white on the right).
